Music has always been a part of my life in one form or another. I started singing in my early childhood and at the age of 18 my interest and curiosity developed into a genuine passion as I began to teach myself piano. In 2006 I joined the roster at Edmonton Alberta’s premier dueling piano bar The Ivory Club and I am currently dueling pianos at Overtime Broiler Tap Room in Sherwood Park. My first album entitled “Dark Matter” produced by Stew Kirkwood of Sound Extractor Studios is a sonic representation of who I am and what I’ve seen. Featuring random household objects (a leather couch an IKEA lamp a toilet plunger etc.) sampled to create unique composite sounds combined with layers of electronic instruments and vocals and engaging socially conscious lyrics — Dark Matter will be an exciting and unconventional listening experience.
