Eric Trenkamp (New York, NY) is a writer and director of short films, documentaries, and music videos. His work has screened at the Village East Cinemas, The Laemmle Fairfax, The Pioneer Theatre, The Knitting Factory, and Caroline’s on Broadway among others in New York and Los Angeles. His documentary, Confederate Behaviour, won the Honorable Mention Award at the 2003 New York International Independent Film Festival and his short film, Extreme Catholicism has been shown several times on the Independent Film Channel. He has a B.A. in Moving Image Arts from the College of Santa Fe where he studied screenwriting under BAFTA award winning screenwriter Danny Rubin (Groundhog’s Day) and directing under Sundance award winning director/producer Jonathan Wacks (Repo Man, Powwow Highway).
