Im Tyler Matl, Country music singer/songwriter. I write and sing songs to express myself in a creative way. Since three years old music was my life and it became my dream to make it as a singer. When I moved to Nashville at the age of five I gained the advantage that most musicans never have. Living right here in Music City. But I didnt get this revelation untill junior high when I wrote my first song in 7th grade. To make it I realized it would take much more than just a song and voice so I learned to play the piano, guitar, and drums. I joined my school band and took percussion hoping to learn rythem and beat and also some great drumlines. Then at the end of 7th grade I learned to play piano on my grandmothers old keyboard. Instantly I picked it up by ear and played my first full song "Silent Night" . Now that I was equipped with my instuments as well I could write and sing songs at the same time. So I started to write more songs. I wrote about life through my eyes and the world around me. Relationships, friends, and etc. With a demo soon in hand and an array of songs that I've wrote over the past four years, Im hoping to set out and make my dreams come true. Make sure to help me out.
