Up until December 2009, You Hang Up had been a "behind the scenes" project. Aaron Brown (lead singer/songwriter and guitars) has been developing his songwriting for years and has spent most of his efforts hard at work in the studio creating what you hear today. Although most of the members of You Hang Up have been playing in various bands for many years, this team was just recently assembled to take things to the next level. Aaron and Chris Brown (guitars and vocals) are brothers and have played in bands since their high school years. They spent a lot of time traveling the country and playing shows together over the last decade and their experience has led them to their most talented efforts yet with You Hang Up. Henry Ebarb (bass guitar and vocals), a friend of Aaron's for several years, brings a knowledge and skill set to the band that is out of this world. Having recently graduated from NAU with a double major in Music Theory and Political Science, the timing couldn't have been more perfect to join the team. Henry is a great addition and strength to the group both in terms of musicianship and songwriting. Obviously a band can't get very far without a drummer, so after a few online and text messages between Frankie Muniz (drums) and Aaron regarding the music, the band met up with Frankie to talk about possibly connecting the vision of You Hang Up with Frankie's long time passion for drumming and music. Frankie moved to Arizona in 2008 to take a break from acting and pursue a professional career in racing but has now become a permanent fixture of You Hang Up. Between Frankie's incredible drumming skills and his passion for music in general, he adds a flavor to You Hang Up that could not blend better with the group. Even though You Hang Up has been in the making since 2007, things are just getting started for them so stay tuned...
