Born and raised on the Southside of Wash., D.C., Carle Pen, as she is affectionately known, Has sang since she could talk, written songs since she could spell, and in recent years, discovered her exceptional rapping abilities. C.P likes to combine all of her skills to create what
she loves to call “RapSoul”. With a Catalogue of over 250 songs in many different genres, C.P has honed her craft and finally found her nitch. WAIT!!!! It doesn’t stop at the music. C.P embodies a stage presence that is undeniable. Putting tears in the Eyes of listeners on her “Emotional Set”, And UpLifting them on others.

Her first “RapSoul” performance EVER in early 2005 Yielded a standing ‘O’.
Carle has been performing non-stop Since, winning competitions, Awards;
Donus Opus Hip Hop Artist of the year, cash prizes, feature spots @ some of D.C.’s hottest clubs including: Republic Gardens, the Avenue, club Felix, G-Palace, 1223, Takoma Station, The Cada Vez, Dadelus Club, The Legend NightClub, Onyx Club and The Island Café, Community Events, Historical Museums, Cornucopia Music Festival, Two shows on DC-TV, The Washington Convention Center For Sisters Only 2007 and 2008, WPGC 95.5’s Flow Lounge and Homejamz, high ratings on Internet radio, Rockin’ Several N.Y. Spots including the Pyramid, Downtime, and Don Hills, Myrtle Beach, ATL’s the Crows Nest, B-more and the list goes on. Mz.C.P. has also put her stamp on several mixtapes including DJ Nina9’s Guns & Roses, Tha Durty Dozens, Heavy Hitters Vol.4, DJ Jealousy Mix’08, Buckhead Records Kemistry, Mercenary Mix’07 and so on.

Mz.C.P. Has a grim determination to be heard, since the sudden passing of her mom in’02 (whom was her biggest supporter). C.P has been on a mission to do, what her mother knew was Inevitable……… Bless the world with a beautiful sound.
