This song is about peoples perception of Jimi Hendrix in the year 3099. In the future, Jimi Hendrix is worshiped as a god. After a world wide holocaust, stories of his life are passed through word of mouth and exaggerated with each telling until we have a whole new religion. I can do all things through Hendrix which strengtheneth me.
