Song Writer, Actor, Comedian, Producer I am Keith (Its Young Keith) Carson II Born in September of 1987 Tampa Fl. Growing up in Tampa I quickly became a little bad ass by the age of 7. Everybody who knew me personally called me PJ “Plug Junior.” Due to my mom constantly moving I attended five different elementary schools. I played sports including, basketball, football, & baseball. I was commited and loved sports so it wasn’t hard to be the all star on each team. It didn’t click to be a rapper until one day, I was watching a movie called “House Party 3”. After watching this movie & seeing a young rap group called “Immature” appear in the movie & rhyme, I picked a pen and a black composition journal & begin writing. I fell in love and the rest is history in the making. Writing my own music began to come natural by the age of 12 when others started to realize my talent. Towards the beginning of my career most people either doubted me or didn’t believe that I wrote my own rhymes…..but I took it as a complement.  By the time I was in high school he met up with a local group called the Juggernauts, which was Mike the Champ & Steve Ca$h. Free styling with these guys at the time meant everything to me because naturally with anything that takes a long time I began to have my own doubts. But free styling with Mike and Steve reignited my flame, taught me patients, and helped me realize I can do it. At the time I had allot of things going on in my life but practically nothing could keep me away from my mother’s old computer & a my $5 microphone. I showed my creativity, persistence, and commitment by taking the time nearly every day to record myself and friends. With a club hit titled “Lets Ride” buzzing the streets, I soon put out a mix tape in 10th grade titled “The Beginning.” Everyone always complemented me on my music and gave me ideas and advise which I appreciate. More people than I thought loved my songs and little did I know at the time I was a local celebrity!! I was amazed that people were having dance contest on “YouTube” and performing at talent shows to my songs! At the height of my buzz my actions over the past couple of years prior to,  caught up with me and I went to jail. Jail and the whole court process was the most stressful time in my life but God helped me through it and inspired me for another day. In 2009 I got my life together and honed my skills in the entertainment world. I started Carson Records Inc. and attended college at the Internationally Academy of Design & Technology majoring in Digital Production. I’ve done work with plenty of local talent that has helped me along the way like Tom G, Wild 94.1, Crunkman, Jo Mama Johnson etc. My current project is my mixtape “Still Spittin.” My latetst single “Wit me” is starting to buzz locally and in other cities and states. With other singles like “Ms. Tasha” and “Dream Killer” it won’t be long before mix tapes turn into nationwide albums.  Stay tuned and please continue to support me and other local artist.
