Toriano Rogers is a talented and gifted Christian rapper, singer and songwriter. He was born and raised inside the Dallas-Forth Worth area in Irving, TX. His love for music stems from an exceptional family bloodline. He started by playing the drums in the family church at a very young age. It was at this point that the seed of music began to take root and soar. As a teen Toriano began to create music beats and write songs. However, at this time he didn’t realize that his poems were actually songs that the Lord had begun to plant in his spirit. It wasn’t until his mid-late twenties that he decided to pursue a music career. In 2003, Toriano dedicated his life to Christ. He decided that if Jesus could change his life that it was possible he could do the same for others. He set a goal to let everyone know about the goodness of Jesus Christ his through music. His stage name came to be known as Kojack, which means ‘Keeping On Jesus And Christ the King’. It was June 2008; that his 1st cd, My Testimony was released in his hometown. Many lives, young and the young at heart have been changed as result. Toriano “Kojack” Rogers is a lively and energetic person that has great respect and passion for music. Other than being with his family there isn’t anything that gives him more joy. He loves his beautiful wife of 13 years as well as their son and daughter.
