Description
'It has been over a year since Nick Grimshaw stamped his slightly credential bashing Radio 1 seal of approval on Brighton based Alice. The bands direction has since plunged into a darker and less crowd-pleasing style but it is difficult to cram Alice into a box, not least because of its six members (all of who have enormous amounts of hair), but also because of their huge range of instruments. They sound totally beautiful.' A.Ash; Source Magazine
Lyrics
We are the young and lost club, Hopelessly looking for some action. We are the young and lost club, Sign your soul away; I was a wordsmith licking lyrics, and female faces. The darts hit treble twenty and i Lost my way in familiar places. Singing to save the soul The higher the fly the harder the fall, Singing to save the soul Singing is all I've got before I abuse my body. We are the Young and Lost Club Hopelessly looking for some action. I was a wordsmith licking lyrics and female faces. Walking down streets that bear no name your own mind's playing, Its ok. Singing to save the soul The higher the climb the lower the crawl, Singing to save the soul Singing is all I've got before I sink to the bottom. We are the young and lost club hopelessly looking for some action. We are the young and lost club violence is brewing on the streets We are the young and lost club A young man needs his violence to meet his needs.
