Elixirs

A few years ago, I spent a weekend in Seattle, visiting a friend of mine. The intent of my stay was rather ambiguous; was I there strictly as a friend, or rather was I looking to pursue a long-latent romantic opportunity? Neither of us figured out the answer... But in cases like this, the status quo skews towards the former. This song helped me process through some of those emotions. I still wonder about what could have happened.
