It's taking me so long to steer my hands away. I've run from everything and I've hid so quietly. My fear has kept me silent for the last several years and I don't know if I am ever going back to the place where I began, but I hope that I'll be up there again. I feel like the ship inside the bottle: so carefully put together, but dropped on concrete. What she was to me was the view of the land once the sun shines her face and finally makes the day begin, but what we were has nothing to do with what we eventually became.
