It's the end of ignorance, it's about lying to yourself trying to make everything seem ok when it actually isn't. The song itself is a battle between whether or not he should believe that things are alright, even though he can see for himself that it isn't, and in the end of the song you realize that is is fine staying ignorant about the world around him, and thats why the song ends and starts the exact same way.
