Jaime

This was written after my friend Drew lost his former best friend Jaime to to a drug overdose. He was feeling down, reminiscent of their "glory days" of high school, and guilty of not having done more to help Jaime out of his addiction. In this song, I put myself in Drew's shoes. The song resulted in being about coming to terms with losing someone you love to addiction - "I had to walk away - 'cause I couldn't watch you fade". That lyric speaks really for the whole song.
