Split Second is a song I wrote about a guy I happened to see one night. The song is basically saying that even if I only talked to him, for a little while, I can't forget it. You rarely meet people who you have that strong of a connection to. The other side of the song, is that the relationship is so close to forming, but can't because of the distance.
