Snowstacks

Snowstacks is the only instrumental on Dreaming in Loops. The song begins with a subtle synth bass pad and a chopped up percussive loop that sounds like an orchestra of old fasioned mechanical gears. A simple jazz bassline and beat occupy the background as improv piano and guitar swells set a mood of melancholy, winter, and serene isolation.
