Das Gift (Single Edit)

The title track of Adrian James's debut opens with pounding drums and memorable bass line. A song about James's recurring insomnia, "Das Gift" features bilingual lyrics moving from English to German. Intended to play as a continuous piece of music, the album flows like a soundtrack – or movements of a symphony. James's live band also goes by the same moniker of "Das Gift."
