I wonder all the time when I'm sitting alone and the sun is gone. There are things that a man wishes he could be, but for now I am sold to a life on the road. But there's a bird flying by and she dances with the wind. As I look at her wings there's something telling me to keep my eyes where they are, and to leave my fears and take her wherever I may go. I know that I may not be the right guy, but I'm willing to wait for a sign and for the right time. I see that she could be waiting for me, but I'm busy worrying that when I move I won't get it right. There's a bird stopping by on a branch outside my window. As she looks at me there's something in her eyes that makes me hope I'm right, and it takes me to a place where someday she'll be mine. So I'll keep my eyes where they are and every time I leave I hope she'll be here waiting, right here waiting for me.
