Based on this video I wouldn't even vote for myself!After I left I realized all I did was talk about myself.Truthfully,when interviewing someone it's never about yourself.Always the talent.So my answer should of been,"I know to put the artist first,and maintain good open communication so to retrieve necessary information,as well as keep the artist pleased."...What the hell was I thinking?
