This song is about ownership of where one is from and to where one can go. It opens with an owner of a small house and other things. Then it portrays a 3rd party looking at a lady traveling in her limosine and needing to buy more lotto tickets in hopes that he will win and can do the same. It continues with a reflection on a very wealth man and the things he takes for good luck and then ends with a view on one's ability to go anywhere once one has crossed "the bridge".
