This song is pretty self explanatory. I was mad as hell. I aimed my aggression towards the song. When we are hurt, or angry, sometimes we take risks, say things that we shouldn't, rebel, and often times make it worse while trying to make ourselves feel better. The name was originally going to be "Alone", but one of my children said "mom what is that angry song you keep singing?". After patting myself on the back for getting the tone right, I decided to tag the title with "the angry song".
