Walk Don't Run (Chill)

This is my chill version of Walk Don't Run, the song that became a huge hit for the Ventures in 1960, reaching #2 on Billboard's charts that summer. It was one of the first guitar songs I ever learned. For this version, I wanted to keep the simple, elegant, instantly-recognizable melody, but put some modern chill racket in the background. I recorded a lot of tracks for the final verse, but in the end I settled on a simple harmony line with the original melody.
