I Play Dead

I wrote this song because I was so scared of getting hurt I hid myself from everything and basically cut everybody off from my life. I was trying to get a message across, that, I play dead, means I really just wanted to stay to myself and I want to be dead to you. Not that I wanted to literally die, but I needed some alone time. The trials and tribulations of life can be tought but no matter what, there is always hope to overcome.
