By stringing together the titles of Film Noir movies largely having similar themes, plots, and characters, Band of Outsiders recreates a dramatic yet playful story of the classic street-wise detective and the hardened yet seductive woman he falls for who lives dangerously, her life interwoven with the underbelly of urban society.
