Description
Wanna be happy? Follow your heart.. During a trip to New Orleans once, I saw a guy playing the guitar with soul and skill that rivaled that of Stevie Ray Vaughn. It was a hole in the wall club and he was obviously a regular. No way he was there to get noticed. That just happened to be the place wher he let his souldescape for an hour or two. It was inspiring to watch.
Lyrics
Jimmy sits in a parking lot Thinking about what he's not And where did life go Little voice on the telephone Jimmy turns down the radio Says son, I want you to know That those stars in your eyes are what move you down the road But that dream inside is what guides us all home So reach out and grab it Reach out and grab it Oh, cause you never know, never know if you don't try Reach out and grab it Reach out and gran it Cause this life gives us all reasons to fly Old man sits on the interchange All he's done he would rearrange Now he's trying to find hope 30 years trying to buil his name Now he's there, all he feels is shame He's driving fast, but he's on the wrong road And those stars in your eyes are what move you down the road But that dream inside is what guides us all home So reach out and grab it Reach out and grab it Oh, cause you never know, never know if you don't try Reach out and grab it Reach out and gran it Cause this life gives us all reasons to fly Jimmy sits in a parking lot Thinking about what he's not And where did life go
