Standing in the rain

Imagine yourself children throughout the world with little or no prospects of a normal life, so they can grow up the way all kids deserve to grow up. Not in a hostile and negligent environment, but surrounded by love and compassion. Every time I see a face on the TV news or a magazine of a kid, smiling a sad smile into the camera, I realize it's a smile without a name.
