Description
Jason died almost 2 years ago at the age of 28 from an overdose. He suffered with addiction and mental illness for a good portion of his life. In and out of facilities, mental and rehabs. He tried but he was just too far gone. Two days before his funeral, I sat down to work up a tune to play for him but within 20 minutes, Jason's Song was born. While recording this song, I knew why those voicemails were saved. His voice will forever live on in this song, HIS song.
