The second single from The Plain Steel's debut LP, "Folk 'n' Roll". "Changing" is part one of "The Changing Suite", a 21-minute coming-of-age story in six movements which comprises the entire second side of the LP. "Changing" is the only one of the six movements to feature lead vocals.
