Just when you think you've got it all figured out something always seems to go astray. Every time you think that your on the right track something always seems to get in the way. Am I the only one who feels like the weight of the world is resting on my back? surely to god Im not the only one going backwards on a one way track. Chorus Some times this life can really get me down and I lose more ground everyday. Every time I think that its gonna turn around well I always seem to lose my way. I aint got time to worry bout tomorrow Im to busy Today. Just the other day I got a letter in the mail from the department of the treasury. Said that I've been cheatin on old uncle sam and they were gonna come and audit me. Well I'm a hard working man I do everything I can to pay the bill to the people I owe. But my moneys run out and my accounts overdraw and the government continues to grow. Chorus It seems like a year since the last time I saw the sunshine because of the rain.
