Insulated Music by Stephen Speelman & Victor Tassone Lyrics by Stephen Speelman Lying in the darkness, hiding from the light. Avoiding observations that are within my sight. And even when I’m home I use security alarms, Locked away from the world where nothing can do me harm. Please don’t try to reach me on the telephone of mine, when it rings I can’t be sure who else is on that line. If you send me e-mails I hope you realize They never will be opened, I never will reply! I’m safe and secure, I’m behind locked doors. Never been penetrated – I’m insulated. Even when I’m driving the doors are always locked. Every day I wake up my fear is so well stocked. I ripped up all my credit cards – there’s nothing left. I won’t be a victim of identity theft. I don’t like to be outside – I’m afraid to breath the air. I don’t like to open the mail – I remember the Anthrax scare. I’m not in a hurry – I live at my own pace. I’m happy to exist in my own special place. I’m safe and secure, I’m behind locked doors. Never been penetrated – I’m insulated.
