Verse 1: Stuck inside this silver screen Reaching for something that's always out of reach Chasing down a fantasy But there's so much more I can believe beyond the realm of my T.V. In my own reality: Chorus: So show me something I can hold, Within the world of my control Cause I can't sample something fake, If it's something I can't smell or taste. Don't tell me something I can't hear Don't show me something I can't touch and feel, Show me something real.
