Description
"The Violet" is an old mail trail converted to a gravel road in northern Montana. Subsequently, it's the road I grew up on. This song reflects trying to run from purpose, denying the path that which you have put your life on and taking it for granted. Then, realizing that which you need has always been right in front of you.
