I'm not quite sure where this song came from, but it seems to be about a girl who's experienced some problems in terms of people using and perhaps abusing her body in a physical way, and it has affected her emotionally as well. She has an object of her affection who she always considers was the only one "inside", both physically and emotionally, but after her experiences, she now sees that is not actually true and she feels, as a result, that her body is nothing but a lie.
