The Ballad Of Susette Kelo

The story of Susette Kelo (I use "Jenny" in the song)who had her home taken from her under the "Eminent Domain" act. Problem was,they did so using the power of "Eminent Domain" illegally. Kelo, key figure in the Supreme Court battle "Kelo, et al vs the state and Ft Trumbell, CT.". The High Court sided (split 3-2) with the corporations. Institute of Justice handled the case for Ms Kelo, IOJ fight for the rights of all citizens being trod on by the moneylords.
