Written after a suicide attempt, Hudson Eakin wrote "Change Myself at 3AM" as therapy in getting over lost love. Female vocals appear in the bridge courtesy of "Public Place"'s Kathleen Collins. A punk song a la Greenday, the song contains some rap, folk, and classical elements throughout various parts of the song (verse, intro, and bridge respectively).
