Description
This is a classic Bossa Nova. This is a genre of BRAZIL and Brazilians hate their music to be called Latin! ;-) The song displays a subtle interplay of melody and Jazz harmony, the whole thing wrapped a a warm string arrangement. The flute represents the Butterflies and, in the lyric, the singer asks whether Butterflies and Love can now find anywhere to fly free as they once both could. This is a typical bitter-sweet poetic Bossa Nova lyric, except that it's written in English!
