Description
This song was written in the Summer of 2011. It first originated off of a guitar part inspired by the band Brand New that grew into a folky-alternative tune. This is also our first song created with our new drummer. Please, listen to the lyrics and follow the story! Enjoy!
Lyrics
Despite all the wars and arms manufacturing, I delve into a seemingly endless rant. Dramatic life, I am me, watch how I cry. I speak of values while Lamprey residues coat my paranoia. I saw two white butterflies, and a beetle on a leaf, along with flowering weeds. In this moment, I chose life. The happiness created my choice to accept what you call pain. And I walked you across the rocks to the bridge. You sat there somber, but I dared to not fix you. There's nothing to fix. I saw two white butterflies, and a beetle on a leaf, along with flowering weeds. In this moment, I chose life. The happiness created my choice to accept what you call pain.
