Formed in 2009 from veteran players from all genres of rock, this young band has grown into a tight group in a very short time. 30 Lashes gives audiences a show few others can match. With a mix of today’s most popular alternative, modern, and classic rock tunes, 30 Lashes can appeal to any rock-n-roll crowd. Their aim is for everyone to leave satisfied. The band truly enjoys performing. Their passion for music is channeled through every song. The energy on stage is non-stop and charges the crowd. Dennis is the bands lead guitarist with ripping riffs and solid chops. He has been playing guitar for over 20 years and is learning more about his craft every day. Originally from Pennsylvania, he sites AC/DC and Godsmack as his major influences. Dennis enjoys writing songs about personal experiences and channels his emotions into his guitar. Nick provides the driving force that keeps bodies in motion. In other words, he plays drums. The Colorado native has been playing drums for 9 years. Mike Portnoy of Dream Theater, Neil Peart of Rush, and Morgan Rose of Seven Dust are a few of his main influences. When he steps on stage he takes the art of drumming to the next level with thunderous rhythms and heart stopping beats. Dave holds down the bottom end with melodic bass lines. Originally from Florida, he has been playing bass for many years influenced by players such as Geddy Lee of Rush, Michael Anthony of Van Halen, and Flea of Red Hot Chilli Peppers. He has taken a little from everybody and combined it into his own unique sound. Because of the dedication, chemistry, and the absolute love for music that each of these talented band members possess, 30 Lashes works long and hard to bring the best rock ‘n’ roll to Southwest Florida.
