At the age of 9 Lil Chris has up to date done over 200 shows for the last past years and has brought in 3,000 fans a record number to see him March 2006 in Atlanta at the Golden Glide Skating Rink also performances at such spots as The Complex Place, Millington Civic Center just to name a few. He can’t stop and won’t stop working his magic in the global music and entertainment world; he continues to make hit music with the appeal to impact his audience. Christen “Lil Chris” Parker was born September 29, 2000, to Robert Parker AKA “RIPP” and Andrea Parker in Memphis, TN. He was five years old when his love for music was discovered in RIPPs’ studio. Lil Chris loved being at the studio when RIPP had someone recording, whether it was R&B or hip-hop. Although, he is a hip-hop artist, his inspiration is R&B sensation Usher. Even though he is young in the game, Lil Chris loves the stage, attention and the girls.
A normal kid who likes to play with his WII some how It all began the spring of 2006, Lil Chris alone with his cousin on his side as a hype man and his sister and brothers behind him dancing, took the stages around Memphis by storm with his first hit “Kindergarten Kid,” mesmerized his audience with his cute face and amazing talent.
