Kese is one of the few who knows who he is and has the true self confidence to stay true to himself. His background in business and the streets as well as his drive to succeed has him well equipped to earn a position in the spotlight. Raised in Charlotte, NC Kese first got involved in the music industry in the late 90’s He drew his inspiration as an artist from a variety of diverse artists such as N.W.A. , Tupac, The Notorious B.I.G., Jay-Z, Nas, and T.I. to name a few. With those artists to draw from Kese, born Marquise Hallman learned how to write rhymes in bar form and his way around a studio. While he did dabble in the industry since 1999 he decided to seriously pursue a music career in 2010. After living in poverty and losing loved ones he decided to expand his horizons into all areas of the music industry. Possessing a smooth flow and laid back personality Kese has the potential to create his own lane in Hip Hop. Currently he’s working on a soon to be titled mixtape, and has already completed a smash single that’s sure to make noise in the Clubs and on radio. While others are looking for the fame and fortune Kese would rather own his own label and recruit other artists.
