Biography
Born and Raised in Palatk fL, Decorius "DC" Fells started rapping at the age of 11. in the 7th grade he met up with CEO of UA C3. After Freestyling DC caught the attention of the UA leader, C3 saw him as a "lyrical experiment" and they soon made the hit single "DC universe". Soon after DC was inducted into UA, and the rest is history.
