His style has been described as "a cross between Jack Johnson and Bob Marley"(Dr Alex Payne). Al has written and produced music with his previous bands that has been featured on TV programmes such as CBBC 'Saturday Show', Scottish Television 'Nochd Gun Chadal' and MTV show 'Real World'. His productions have been heard on radio stations in over 30 countries around the world. Al released his long overdue debut solo album 'Crackerjack' in November 2009, quickly gaining radio airplay, rave reviews in the music press and offers of license contracts in America.
