Animal has been involved with music since the age of 6 years old and is proficient on several instruments (vocals, piano, drums and percussion) He majored in music education, but, his main focus has been on DJ'ing and music production for the past 10 years. The last few years have seen Animal working tirelessly on his production work and attaining his Audio Engineering Diploma from The School of Audio Engineering and Institute of Technology in NYC. While enrollled, he had the opportunity to learn mixing, recording, and production techniques from some incredible audio engineers, including, Danny Wyatt (Curtis Mayfield, Mos Def, Norah Jones) John Sickett (Dave Matthews Band, Phish) and Mike White (Whitney Houston, James Taylor). Animal also has many successful songs and remixes to his credit, either by himself, or with longtime collaborator Jamal Lasha (Rory Breaker), and Jonathan Wagner (BassGate) who bill themselves as the "WundaTwinz". Some of these artists include Jay-Z, Missy Elliot, Jada, Jadyn Maria, La Roux, Delerium, Usher, and Wideband Network.
