Alabama born singer/songwriter Boyce Callahan had music written into his future long before he was even born. His grandfather was an outlaw country/bluegrass picker of Southern legend, and his mom, although choosing a different stage, continued the musical tradition becoming a high school music teacher and church choir director. Boyce began playing and singing at the age of three, and his parents knew that he was gifted when he began pecking out songs on the piano that they had heard on the radio. He continued playing and singing through high-school, and begin writing while fronting a band in college. After college he spent several years with a Nashville based label, but eventually returned to school to finish his post-grad education. Now, after several years away from the music business, Boyce is preparing to release his third studio album, and the first that he fully produced, recorded, mixed and mastered in his own studio. "It's always been a dream of mine to record and produce my music. The new album is going to be my best so far, but I never could have imagined how much work went into a project like this if I hadn't gone through the process myself."
