Rising star C-class was born in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York. After being released from a juvenile facility at the age of 15 he wrote his first rap. Rising star C-class was born in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, New York. After being released from a juvenile facility at the age of 15 he wrote his first rap. By 18 he started his clothing line “A.V.E WEAR” that’s when his entrepreneur spirit began. C-class has always been a hustler and avid about getting money as a youth, he then released his first CD “CCLASS DA ALBUM” and then went on to release two more studio albums, three mix-tapes which featured his own DJ’s as well. C-class released a mixtape with Florida Veteran DJ Johnny Champion. C-class was already widely popular from the streets, but with the music and clothing line it catapulted him in the lime light of the New York Hip Hop Scene. C-class formed A.V.E. Records with childhood friends. C-class has a unique style because of the life he lived, it gives him an outlook and charismatic rare style, plus his business mind is of an industry veteran. With the ability to be versatile with many different styles, flows, and concepts it is intriguing and rare that he can rhyme so gangster, then so smooth, then so intelligent, then become a lyrical monster and next become conscious and make you think and relate. C-class has been performing in showcases all over New York City; such as shows with Hot 97’s DJ Kay Slay, Marie Davis and even performing at Cassidy’s album release party. His inspirations were artist such as Biggie, Nas, Wu-Tang, Jay-z, Outkast, Master P. Currently he has released “Kingpin of the Inkpen” vol.1 which is on Datpiff.com and “K.O.T.I” vol. 1.5 is coming soon. C-class is featured in Music is Life Magazine in their “Next to Blow” section and in a feature article. His comeback has been so strong that 6 songs off of K.O.T.I. have been in rotation on over 10 internet and XM/Sirius Radio shows. He has been nominated for the “Hottest Indie Award” by US1 magazine for their XM Radio show the “Gudtymezshow” where he has been in rotation for over 10 weeks by fans who have voted in and an audience which reaches 1.1 million listeners weekly. With spins in different markets such as New Orleans, Virginia, Florida, New York and Australia, C-class has been featured on well known radio shows such a DJBedtyme357 (Remy Martin DJ) A&R Report show “Hate Money Radio”, Ray Daniels owner of Drahma magazine, Drahma radio shows and look out for his music every Sunday on Power 105.1 in New York where they feature unsigned artist. His current hit songs are “Thru My eyes” “G’d up” and “Give it to you”, which are featured on a host of websites such as www.hotnewhiphop.com, www.bycpromo.com, www.platinumdreamzent.com and many more.
