CharacterFlaw is a hard rock act located out of Spokane, Washington. It is one of the only mainstream style rock bands within the area that is creating its presence with great force. CharacterFlaw has been compared to groups such as; Breaking Benjamin, Nickelback, Three Days Grace, Shinedown, and Alterbridge. “The music doesn’t focus on how we are feeling, but the emotions of the rest of the world.” With the growing list of Major Label bands this group has opened for or toured with, CharacterFlaw is becoming well known in the area as one of the top local and touring acts.
The band was formed late 2004 while the members were still attending high school. After completing several successful tours in 2006, the band decided to make a change in the line-up and feel of the music into a heavier, passion filled direction. “The sound is meant to make you feel something, your not sure what, but you feel something” 2008 the band made the decision to have not just the band, but music become everyone’s life.
CharacterFlaw is getting ready for a 2008 Fall tour and to release their Debut Album in the winter of ‘08/’09. The highly anticipated release will be the first Full Length album and will sure to be what sends this band off into world of music. “If you have seen our live shows, you have no idea whats coming with our CD.”
