My father, a handsome crooner with an amazing voice, became a Music Minister for what became one of the largest churches in the US, Prestonwood Baptist Church, in Dallas, TX. Growing up in the Baptist church, my father exposed me to all kinds of music, and started helping me find my way around the piano, and the guitar. I'm back in the Athens, GA, area, writing and performing. After playing in great venues all over the East Coast I moved away when the Indie label I was on folded. I did well with the first cd, had some radio spots, and even got some solid reviews. I went to Nashville hoping to keep up the fire and played local venues, coffee shops and a few festivals, but I didn't feel things were moving fast enough so I moved once again to NY. Here I did very well, and got into some great projects licensing my music for Indie films, web projects, and making some great contacts in the industry. I also began, with the help of Leslie Bloome from DTG Productions, creating the second cd. I am setting up dates for the Fall and I hope to see you at the shows.
