Chill City is not only a 3 man group (consisting of Marty Rock, N.O, and Noncentz), but it is also a life-style. Cousins by blood, Chill City represents a "Chill Life" way of thinkiing and living . They represent the Washington D.C Metropolitan area and wish to expand there fan base.
