Correna has performed in nearly 20 plays and musicals, and has won accolades at the local and state levels. One of her recent awards was the 2007 Rochester Broadway Theatre League Young Stars of Tomorrow.Correna Ann has been on stage most of her life singing, acting and dancing. She recently recorded 9 songs in Nashville with producer Terry Wendt (Shania Twain, Peggy and Patsy Lynn, The Wendt Brothers). The debut country single "What Do You Bet", written by Tim Wendt and Adam Wheeler, is on myspace, iTunes, Amazon and is being played nationally on a radio station near you! Correna is named after her grandmother, Rena, who is also named after her grandmother. Many generations in Correna's family have variations of the name 'Rena' in their name. Correna is a typical teenager who loves to shop, listen to all kinds of music, chat or text, and just hang with friends. She likes sleeping late, comfy clothes and watching scary movies. Her favorite place to travel to is Hilton Head Island, S.C. where she loves the beaches, fishing and visiting family. But besides enjoying all of the above and normal everyday things, she also has an wonderful gift!
