Desdamona has traveled internationally with her soulful lyrics, hip hop delivery and poetry. She has won 5 MN Music Awards and 3 Urban Griots Awards. She lives and works in the Twin Cities and is one of the co-founders of B-Girl Be, a celebration of women in hip hop. Her music and lyrics are thoughtful and display a range of styles.
