It didn't take long for the youngster to start developing his skills. Doing local parties in New Jersey...competing with DJ's who had years of experience over him. But, there was something about this kid that everyone just loved. Word traveled fast, he quickly stepped his game up to doing high school dances...while still in junior high! As Steel grew in age so did his reputation, Djing at nightclubs where he was too young to even get into. He was young but his skill could not be denied. After high school...Steel enrolled at Kean University...where he quickly made a name for himself. Hosting the college radio show "Deep In the Muck"...with fellow host Erik Parker(Vibe Magazine). Flash some years forward..enter an accomplished turntablist, producer, and audio engineer. This "one man band" has developed sound over the years that amazes the mind. Versatilty and creativity are perfect words to to describe him. Ladies and gentlemen......STEEL.
